Like art, honey comes in many forms and brings a great deal of happiness to those who enjoy it. Much like an artist, when beekeepers develop different flavors it’s a work of art in itself. So in turn, it’s like art for your taste buds! What most people don’t realize is that New York City is abuzz with bees quietly curating delicious honey throughout all five boroughs; and we want you to experience that!
About the Founders
Art y Honey was born out of a desire to blend worlds together.
Founders Angela and Vladimir enjoy the arts in all its forms, and love to purchase art that makes them feel inspired, elicits a memory, conjures a discussion, or simply makes them feel happy. And equally important to them is being able to meet the artists behind the work.
Ange and Vlad were like many people who too often felt intimidated by a perceived exclusivity that is the artworld. They wanted to break down those barriers and afford art enthusiasts an opportunity to step into an art experience that doesn’t discriminate.
Our VISION is to change the way people view owning and collecting art, as art is for the masses and to not be exclusive.
Our MISSION is to bring aspiring artists and emerging art enthusiasts together by showcasing art in welcoming and unpretentious spaces.
We are unapologetically inclusive while still offering an experience that feels like they are part of a new collective.
